Types of Corporate Yoga Program


Hatha Yoga for Beginners
The Hatha Yoga for beginners is a gentle yoga class. Basic and simple poses are taught in a slower pace manner. The class focuses on gentle to deep stretching while holding the poses are a longer time. There will also be simple deep breathing techniques that will be covered.
Students can expect a slower pace class to learn the foundations of Yoga before progressing to higher level. Be expected to build up endurance over time and improves patience and sense of focus.


Restorative Yoga for Relaxation
Restorative and meditative yoga are forms of Yoga to promote relaxation physically and mentally. Certain parts of the class will consist of simple poses in sitting or lying position and will be held for an extended period of time.

It focuses on gentle deep stretching of certain body muscles that are very tense such as shoulders, back and hips. There will also be deep breathing techniques that will be incorporated with the holding of poses.

A portion of the class will be dedicated to meditation. There are many meditation techniques such as breath work, visualization, music and sounds.


Hatha Flow or Vinyasa Yoga for Fitness
Hatha Vinyasa is a faster pace lesson with practice of basic and medium level yoga poses. Be expected to create heat within the body and there may be mild perspiration during the class. The Hatha Vinyasa builds up strength and tones muscles through regular practice of 2 – 3 times per week.

It is a great substitute for usual cardiovascular exercises. There will be lots of flow in the class where students will transition from pose to pose with coordination of breaths.
