Include lots of fiber in diet in the form of raw salads, fruits and vegetables along with their peels. Sprouts should be added. Use whole wheat, bran, oats instead of maida, suji. Make simple modifications in diet.
This doesn’t mean that we have to give up on all the foods that we love. It just means that if they are high-calorie/salt/fat foods like pizza, we must limit the intake of these foods and opt of healthier snacks. Choose lean proteins or high fiber low calorie foods instead of rotating between things that are crispy, fried or smothered with high calorie toppings. Fish and chicken are healthy alternatives.
