Diet plays a vital role in influencing the overall health. It is important to consume some foods during monsoon season to boost up the immunity.
- Early morning- Any Herbal drink (Ginger lemon water, cinnamon water, cucumber mint water, haldi water, etc)

The rains and temperature during monsoon can make the surroundings prone to bacterial and fungal growth. It gave rise to waterborne illness. So eat home cooked food using washed vegetables.
