HIIT and Tabata

 

High Intensity Interval Training with variations in workouts focuses on different aspects of fitness i.e. strength, stamina, endurance, and agility. HIIT is all about doing short periods of all-out work followed by short periods of active rest. This makes the body work harder than it does during steady-state cardio. Out trainers customize each workout routine making it fun and motivating and correct the Forms and techniques in six different classes designed specifically through the week.

 

HIIT is all about getting your heart rate up and also strengthen up your muscles at the same time getting you into the best shape of your life. In this we make you work out through several set of exercises (usually 5 to 10) targeting different muscle groups with no rest in between it is really a fun though. We are aimed at overall body conditioning, toning, weight loss and strength increase.
