What is Nordic Diet?

Nordiac diet is from Norway Denmark and Iceland it is based on Mediterranean diet.  It is helpful for cardiac patient and totally based on seasonal food. Nordiac diet contains complex carbohydrate, high in proteins, fibre, dairy products or healthy fat.
