Southern diet is a diet that includes fried foods, added fats, processed meats, sugary drinks and eggs. These food items are high in sugar and salt can be a huge risk for heart health. Southern diet may affect the health, foods and drinks which are included in this diet can be a major risk factor for healthy person.
