Breastfeeding is a natural procedure which may be managed from a healthy diet and regular exercise.   Mother and new born both are sensitive in the first few days after the birth or delivery. Both requires a good care, attention and requires a proper nutrition. Mother should be aware of the important nutrients. Breast milk contains nutrients, antibodies and antioxidants which are beneficial for the new born baby.  It is also beneficial for mother also it provides different benefits like it decreased the risk of developing breast cancer and a strong bonding with the infant.

World breastfeeding week is celebrating from 1st to the 7 of August. It is compulsory to pay attention to their foods or meal they consume specially during the first six months. It is compulsory to feed breast milk at least for a year.
