It is important to take care of diet after Miscarriage. So here are some foods and drinks which are beneficial or avoid for Healing.

It can be a challenging or mentally when a woman faced a Miscarriage. It can be depressing or hard for the body when a woman lost her child it is important to take care of her for the body healing. Experts suggest that it is important to give time after miscarriage for conceiving again. There are various dietary factors which are beneficial in healing.  A woman faces a lot of issues after having miscarriage like cramps, weakness, pain, and bleeding around for 2 weeks. It can be a negative impact on a women health emotionally and physically. It is important to consuming or follows a healthy meal pattern after the miscarriage.

FOOS TO EAT AFTER MISCARRIAGE

With the help of healthy diet women can get rid from all the symptoms like weight loss, depression, stress, weakness, pain. It is important to focusing on essential nutrients during this phase for healing

1. DRINK FLUIDS

After miscarriage there are chances of heavy bleeding and blood loss so it is important to drink plenty of water. Consume fluids in the form of detox water, juices for better absorption of iron.  Add pink of turmeric powder in 1 glass of milk before going to bed. It is able to coping with mental trauma and also beneficial for healing.

2. PROTEIN RICH DIET

Protein contains amino acids which are required by the body after the miscarriage to heal the damaged cells. For the protein sources consume- milk, cheese, curd, eggs, legumes, lentils, grains. Protein rich foods are best for the healing.

3. CALCIUM AND MAGNESIUM RICH FOODS

Many studies prove that deficiency of magnesium can lead to depression. Magnesium rich foods are effective to overcome from depression and anxiety that are the common symptoms of having miscarriage. Sources of magnesium are chocolates, green leafy vegetables, wholegrain.  For fulfil the calcium requirements include dairy products in diet.

4. IRON AND VITAMIN C RICH FOODS

Iron and vitamin c both are essential for the recover from post miscarriage symptoms. Vitamin c is helpful in the faster recovery and for the better absorption of iron in the body. Sources raisins, dates, papaya, beans, oranges or fish include these sources in the diet.

5. FOLATE RICH FOODS

Many experts recommend folate rich diet for women’s health. it helps in better and quick recovery from a miscarriage. Sources of folate are kale, broccoli, nuts, seeds, spinach, lettuce. Include these foods to get better results.

FOOD TO BE AVOID

1. JUNK FOODS

Junk foods are high in calories and doesn’t consist any healthy nutrients so foods like pizza, burger, fries, should be avoided. These type of food doesn’t contribute and helping in healing.

2. SOY PRODUCTS

Soy products are good for the health but after the miscarriage a soy product are not beneficial or doesn’t plays a role in recovery. It contains phytate which prevents from the absorption of iron, and also contains the female hormone estrogen, which may interfere in the body’s absorption.

3. SUGARY FOODS

Sugary food are not good for health because these foods increases the blood sugar level  sugary foods like doughnuts, chocolates, traditional sweets as well so avoid them. Because they slower the recovery process. Replace these sugary foods to other healthier options.

4. SODAS

Intake of sodas on regular basis can affect the fertility. It contains high amount of caffeine which is not good for health. woman have to avoid all the types of artificial sweeteners as well after having a miscarriage, because it may raise up the blood sugar levels and slow down the process of healing.

5. ALCOHOL

Women should have to avoid alcohol immediately after having miscarriage and increase the intake of healthy drinks. Consumption is not good for heath.
